Delivery is considered complete and fulfilled at the moment the download link is generated and made available to you on the confirmation page and/or sent to your email — regardless of whether you open, click, or download it.
You are responsible for:
Entering a correct, working email address at checkout.
Checking your spam/junk/promotions folders.
Contacting support at [support@akvends.com] if you do not see your link within [1 hour], so we can re-send it.
Failure to receive an email due to an incorrect address, a full inbox, or a spam filter is not a failure of delivery on our part, and we will happily re-send your link on request.
Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital product for your own personal or business use. You may not:
Resell, redistribute, share, copy, publish, or repackage the product or its contents;
Post the contents publicly or transfer them to any third party;
Use the product for any unlawful purpose.
The vendor/supplier information is provided for your own sourcing use only. Violation of this license terminates your rights to the product without refund.

If you experience any problem — including not receiving your link — you agree to contact us first at [support@akvends.com] so we can resolve it (in almost all cases, by immediately re-sending your download link).
Because delivery is electronic and logged, initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a "product not received" reason after the product has been delivered to your email/confirmation page constitutes a breach of these Terms, and may be treated as a fraudulent dispute.
We retain delivery records, timestamps, IP data, and your acceptance of these Terms, and we will submit this evidence to your bank or card network in response to any dispute.
Filing a fraudulent or bad-faith chargeback does not release you from these Terms and may result in loss of access, denial of future service, and referral to collections or dispute-representment services.
The products and site are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy of information. We do not warrant that vendor information is current, complete, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AK Vends and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your purchase or use of the products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
